Our Story
Hi, my name is Bill Royce. I grew up in La Mesa, New Mexico, on a farm where green chile was a common staple at the dinner table. A passion of mine 30 years ago, I created Wild Bill’s Salsa. Encompassing the rich roasted flavors of Hatch Green Chile with my secret spices brings a high-quality, premium salsa with a robust smokey flavor that will leave you wanting more.
Working closely with the NM Hatch Chile farming community for several decades, I decided to bring the Authentic Tradition of New Mexico Hatch Chile to Texas to enjoy year-round.
